냠냠공부 개인정보처리방침

ZTW(이하 "회사")는 냠냠공부 앱(이하 "앱")을 쓰는 분의 개인정보를 개인정보 보호법에 따라 다음과 같이 처리합니다.

1. 처리하는 개인정보와 목적

1. 기기 안에만 저장하는 정보: 펫 정보(종류·이름·상태·코인·꾸미기·효과), 공부 기록, 알림 설정, 태어난 해와 달. 아래 3번·7번에 적은 경우를 빼면 이 정보는 회사 서버로 보내지 않습니다. 태어난 해와 달은 만 14세 미만인지 확인해 안전 설정을 적용하는 데만 씁니다.
2. [안드로이드] 딴짓 막기를 켠 경우: 막을 앱을 고를 수 있게 설치된 앱 목록을 보여 주고, 공부하는 동안 지금 어떤 앱이 열렸는지 확인합니다. 어떤 앱이 열렸는지는 폰 안에서만 확인하고 저장하거나 회사로 보내지 않습니다. 기기에는 이용자가 고른 차단 앱 목록과 막은 횟수만 남습니다.
3. 공부를 시작·끝내거나 상점을 쓸 때 서버에 저장하는 정보: 익명 사용자 번호, 펫 이름·종류·효과·꾸미기, 날짜별 공부 시간 합계, 지금 공부 중인지 여부. 만 14세 이상 이용자는 방에 들어가지 않아도 저장됩니다(만 14세 미만은 보내지 않습니다, 5절). 친구 방에서 같이 공부하고 오늘의 순위를 보여 주는 데 씁니다. 공부 시작·끝 시각 같은 세부 기록은 보내지 않습니다.
4. 친구 방을 쓰는 경우: 위 3번의 정보에 더해 참여한 방, 신고 내역. 펫 이름은 친구 방을 같이 쓰는 사람에게만 보이고, 모르는 사람과 함께하는 공개 방에서는 보이지 않습니다.
5. 오픈 방(학교·지역·나이대 방)을 쓰는 경우: 방을 만든 사람이 적은 방 제목·소개·학교·지역·나이대, 방 안에서 보낸 응원 문구와 채팅 메시지(자유 채팅은 방장이 켠 방에서만), 방장이 내보낸 기록. 채팅에서는 펫 이름 대신 자리 번호로 보입니다.
6. 같이 도전을 쓰는 경우: 도전 목표 시간, 시작·끝 시각, 참여자, 먼저 멈춘 사람. 도전 성공·실패를 판정하는 데 씁니다.
7. 로그인을 한 경우(선택, 만 14세 이상만): 로그인에 쓴 이메일 주소 또는 전화번호(구글·애플 로그인은 그 계정의 이메일), 그리고 펫·코인·꾸미기·공부 기록·태어난 해와 달을 담은 백업. 폰을 바꾸거나 앱을 다시 깔았을 때 펫을 되돌려 드리는 데 씁니다.
8. 구독 관련(만 14세 이상만): 구독 관리용 익명 번호(만 14세 이상임을 확인한 뒤 앱을 열 때 만들어집니다)와, 구독한 경우 구매 내역(상품·기간·구매 시각). 구독 혜택을 주는 데 씁니다. 결제 수단 정보는 애플·구글이 처리하며 회사는 받지 않습니다.

회사는 앱 사용 통계 도구와 광고를 쓰지 않습니다.

2. 보유 기간과 파기

• 이용자가 앱에서 "내 데이터 지우기"를 하면 서버의 익명 계정과 그 계정의 프로필·방 참여·날짜별 공부 합계·신고 내역·채팅 메시지·도전 참여 기록·로그인 정보(이메일·전화번호)·백업을 즉시 지웁니다. 혼자 있던 방도 함께 지웁니다.
• 방을 나가면 그 방의 참여 기록을 즉시 지웁니다. 마지막 사람이 나가면 방과 그 방의 채팅·도전 기록도 함께 지웁니다.
• 방을 나가도 날짜별 공부 합계·프로필·백업은 "내 데이터 지우기"를 할 때까지 남습니다. 일정 기간이 지나면 자동으로 지우는 기능은 아직 없습니다.
• 내가 만든 방이나 도전에 다른 사람이 남아 있으면, 방 제목·소개·학교·지역·나이대와 도전 기록은 그 방이 없어질 때까지 남고, 만든 사람·먼저 멈춘 사람 표시만 지워집니다.
• 구독 기록은 RevenueCat에 남습니다. 삭제를 메일로 요청하시면 RevenueCat의 기록도 10일 이내에 함께 지웁니다.
• 기기 안의 정보는 앱을 지우면 함께 지워집니다.

3. 제3자 제공

회사는 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.

4. 처리 위탁과 국외 이전

• Supabase Inc.: 서버 운영(방·로그인·백업). 저장 위치: 대한민국 서울 리전(ap-northeast-2).
• RevenueCat Inc.(미국): 구독 관리. 옮겨지는 항목: 구독 관리용 익명 번호·구매 내역. 시기·방법: 만 14세 이상임을 확인한 뒤 앱을 열 때와 구독할 때 암호화 통신으로. 보유: 구독 관리에 필요한 동안.
• 전화번호 로그인은 아직 제공하지 않습니다. 제공을 시작하면 인증 문자를 보내는 업체를 이 자리에 먼저 알립니다.

5. 만 14세 미만 아동

앱은 보호자 동의를 받는 절차 없이, 만 14세 미만 이용자(나이를 아직 입력하지 않은 경우 포함)에게는 서버로 정보가 가는 기능 — 친구 방, 로그인, 구독, 공부 기록의 서버 저장 — 을 모두 끈 채 기기 안에서만 쓰게 합니다. 만 14세 미만 이용자의 정보는 회사 서버나 RevenueCat으로 가지 않습니다. 처음 화면의 "이미 계정이 있어요"로 로그인했다가 백업이 없어 새로 만든 펫의 나이가 만 14세 미만이면, 그때 만들어진 계정은 바로 지웁니다.

6. 이용자의 권리

이용자와 보호자는 언제든 개인정보의 열람·정정·삭제·처리 정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. 앱의 "내 데이터 지우기" 또는 아래 연락처로 요청하면 지체 없이 처리합니다(데이터 삭제 요청 참고).

7. 안전하게 지키는 방법

서버와 오가는 정보는 암호화된 연결(HTTPS)로만 보냅니다. 서버는 이용자별 접근 규칙으로 본인과 같은 방 사람 외에는 정보를 읽을 수 없게 막습니다.

Nomnom Study Privacy Policy

ZTW ("we") processes the personal information of people who use the Nomnom Study app ("the app") as described below, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea.

1. What we process and why

1. Stored only on your device: pet details (species, name, status, coins, outfits, effect), study history, reminder settings, and your birth year and month. Except as described in items 3 and 7 below, this information is not sent to our servers. Your birth year and month are used only to check whether you are under 14 and apply safety settings.
2. [Android] If you turn on Focus Guard: we show the list of installed apps so you can choose which to block, and during a study session we check which app is in the foreground. That check happens only on your phone; nothing is stored or sent to us. Only your list of blocked apps and the number of blocks remain on the device.
3. Stored on our server when you start or finish studying or use the shop: an anonymous user ID, your pet's name, species, effect and outfit, your daily study total, and whether you are currently studying. For users aged 14 or older, this is stored even if you have not joined a room (nothing is sent for users under 14; see section 5). It is used for studying together in rooms and showing today's ranking. Detailed records such as session start and end times are not sent.
4. If you use friend rooms: in addition to item 3, the rooms you joined and any reports you made. Your pet's name is visible only to people in the same friend room, never in public rooms with strangers.
5. If you use open rooms (school, region or age rooms): the room title, description, school, region and age group entered by the room creator; cheer phrases and chat messages you send in the room (free chat only where the host has turned it on); and records of people removed by the host. In chat you appear as a seat number, not your pet's name.
6. If you join a group challenge: the goal time, start and end times, participants, and who stopped first. Used to decide whether the challenge succeeded.
7. If you sign in (optional, age 14 and older only): the email address or phone number you signed in with (for Google or Apple sign-in, that account's email), and a backup containing your pet, coins, outfits, study history and birth year/month. Used to restore your pet when you change phones or reinstall the app.
8. Subscriptions (age 14 and older only): an anonymous subscription ID (created when you open the app, after you are confirmed to be 14 or older) and, if you subscribe, your purchase history (product, period, purchase time). Used to provide subscription benefits. Payment details are handled by Apple or Google; we never receive them.

We do not use analytics tools or advertising.

2. Retention and deletion

• When you tap "Delete my data" in the app, your anonymous server account and its profile, room memberships, daily study totals, reports, chat messages, challenge records, sign-in details (email or phone number) and backup are deleted immediately. Rooms where you were the only member are deleted too.
• When you leave a room, your membership in it is deleted immediately. When the last member leaves, the room and its chat and challenge records are deleted.
• Leaving rooms does not delete your daily study totals, profile or backup; they remain until you use "Delete my data". There is currently no automatic deletion after a period of time.
• If other people remain in a room or challenge you created, its title, description, school, region, age group and challenge records remain until the room is gone; only the creator and "stopped first" markers are removed.
• Subscription records remain with RevenueCat. If you request deletion by email, we also delete your RevenueCat records within 10 days.
• Information on your device is deleted when you uninstall the app.

3. Sharing with third parties

We do not provide personal information to third parties.

4. Processors and international transfers

• Supabase Inc.: server operation (rooms, sign-in, backups). Storage location: Seoul, Republic of Korea (ap-northeast-2).
• RevenueCat Inc. (USA): subscription management. Items transferred: anonymous subscription ID and purchase history. When and how: when you open the app (after you are confirmed to be 14 or older) and when you subscribe, over encrypted connections. Retention: as long as needed to manage subscriptions.
• Phone number sign-in is not offered yet. Before we offer it, we will list the SMS provider here.

5. Children under 14

The app has no parental consent process. Instead, for users under 14 (including users who have not yet entered their age), every feature that sends information to a server — friend rooms, sign-in, subscriptions, and saving study records to the server — is turned off, and the app is used on the device only. No information from users under 14 is sent to our server or to RevenueCat. If someone signs in with "I already have an account" on the first screen, no backup is found, and the newly created pet's age is under 14, the account created at that moment is deleted immediately.

6. Your rights

You and your parent or guardian may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information at any time. Use "Delete my data" in the app or contact us below, and we will act without delay (see Request data deletion).

7. How we protect information

All data to and from our server is sent only over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Per-user access rules on the server prevent anyone other than you and people in the same room from reading your information.

데이터 삭제 요청 / Request data deletion

앱: 냠냠공부 (Nomnom Study) · 개발자: ZTW

방법 1. 앱 안에서 지우기

1. 앱 아래쪽 설정 탭을 누릅니다.
2. 맨 아래 정보 묶음에서 내 데이터 지우기를 누릅니다. (친구 탭 오른쪽 위 ⋮ 메뉴에도 있습니다.)
3. "서버의 내 데이터를 지울까요?" 창에서 지우기를 누릅니다.
4. "서버에서 내 데이터를 지웠어요"가 뜨면 끝입니다. 즉시 지워지며 되돌릴 수 없습니다.

방법 2. 앱을 이미 지운 경우 — 메일로 요청

contact@ztwnote.com으로 제목 "냠냠공부 데이터 삭제 요청"과 함께 다음을 적어 보내 주세요.

• 로그인했던 경우: 로그인에 쓴 이메일 주소 또는 전화번호
• 로그인하지 않았던 경우: 펫 이름, 들어갔던 방 이름, 대략 마지막으로 쓴 날짜

받은 날부터 10일 이내에 지우고 결과를 답장으로 알려 드립니다. 로그인하지 않은 계정은 서버에 이름·연락처가 없어 적어 주신 내용으로 찾을 수 없을 수 있으며, 그 경우에도 답장으로 알려 드립니다.

지워지는 데이터

익명 계정, 프로필(펫 이름·종류·효과·꾸미기), 방 참여, 날짜별 공부 합계, 신고 내역, 채팅 메시지, 같이 도전 참여 기록, 로그인 정보(이메일·전화번호), 펫 백업, 나만 있던 방.

남는 데이터

• 내가 만든 방에 다른 사람이 남아 있으면: 방 제목·소개·학교·지역·나이대(만든 사람 표시는 지워짐). 그 방이 없어질 때 함께 지워집니다.
• 다른 사람이 남은 방의 같이 도전 기록(시작한 사람·먼저 멈춘 사람 표시는 지워짐).
• RevenueCat의 구독 기록. 메일로 요청하시면 10일 이내에 함께 지웁니다. 구독 해지는 앱스토어·구글 플레이 구독 관리에서 따로 해야 합니다.
• 내 폰 안의 펫과 공부 기록(앱을 지우면 함께 지워짐).

Option 1. Delete in the app

1. Tap the Settings tab at the bottom of the app.
2. Under Info at the bottom, tap Delete my data. (It is also in the ⋮ menu at the top right of the Friends tab.)
3. In "Delete your data from our server?", tap Delete.
4. When "Your data was deleted from our server" appears, you are done. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
